These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the UGLY Start Outreach website at uglystart.org (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About us
UGLY Start Outreach is a nonprofit organization incorporated in North Carolina. Our mission is to provide mentorship, leadership development, and community support to at-risk teen boys in the Gastonia, North Carolina area.
2. Use of the site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:
Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
Use the Site to distribute spam, malware, or any harmful content
Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site without our express written permission
Impersonate any person or entity
3. Form submissions
By submitting a form on our Site (including the Get Involved form, the Join the Program form, or any contact form), you confirm that:
The information you provide is accurate and truthful
If submitting on behalf of a minor, you are the parent or legal guardian of that minor and have authority to provide the minor's information
You are 18 years of age or older, or you are a parent/legal guardian acting on behalf of a minor
Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance into any program, volunteer role, or sponsorship arrangement. All applications are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of UGLY Start Outreach.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and the UGLY Start Outreach name and brand — is the property of UGLY Start Outreach or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
5. Donations and payments
Donations made through this Site are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a donation, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (available at stripe.com/legal).
UGLY Start Outreach is a registered nonprofit. Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We recommend consulting a tax advisor for guidance on your specific situation. We do not provide tax advice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties
